MY STORY
I grew up in Melbourne, Australia experiencing the full spectrum of love, support, trauma, challenges, bullying, rejection of self, and from others, abuse, pain, laughter, happiness, questioning my beliefs and sexuality, anxiety and depression.
With the polarising emotions of acceptance and rejection; support and conditions, came the therapy of music, nature, friendship, rain, the ocean, love, and exposure to variations in frequencies, allowing both the human experience, and spiritual experience, to start to connect.
Experiencing both abuse and then seeing the energy of people when they spoke, as a child; whether the energy matched what they were saying, or it shifted - was a healing journey of such magnitude, that has allowed me to hold my clients in such sacred, vulnerable moments of healing, release, relatability, breakdowns to breakthroughs, and unlocking their remembrance.
When seeing a little girl in spirit, as a 14 year old walking passed my bedroom door whispering "Help Me" for one year, with no one to talk too about it - I both shat myself, and thought "what the fuck". To say I was so scared and full of fear, is an understatement. It took the entire year to take a deep breath, and find the courage to ask the spirit "How can I help you?". Once acknowledged, the spirit never returned.
During my inner child journey, as an adult, spiritually awakened and conscious; I received a channel from a psychic. During this experience, it was revealed that the little girl spirit from when I was 14, was my inner child speaking to me asking for help. She didn't want to feel alone anymore.
I have held her hand, nurtured her, loved her, and helped her heal, ever since.
From my first remembering and reawakening in this lifetime, to my current consciousness, awareness and spiritual evolution - this journey has been nothing short of miraculous, healing, confronting, brutal, heart opening, heart crushing, love so deep - it takes your breath away, all consuming, full of life, eye-opening, in complete awe, and truly one of the most kaleidoscopic experiences.
I am still all of those things, as well as a cat mum, cacao lover, moon gazer, proud lesbian, tree hugger, crystal enthusiast, poet, spiritual leader, authenticity advocate, and passionate believer that spirituality is so much more than reading oracle cards, burning incense, and cleansing.
I am so much more than that.
And so are YOU.
